You may not copy, republish or distribute quizzes as well as separate questions which are part of Testle's mobile application content without the express written consent of Bulbera.

You may not use any proprietary information including images, text and page layout of Testle.com without the express written consent of Bulbera.

You may not utilize Testle's name or trademarks in any manner without the express written consent of Bulbera.

You do not acquire any ownership rights to any content both in the mobile application and the site.

Reusing Activation Codes

By default an activation code can be used for a one time activation of a single Testle mobile application copy.

However, if you accidently reset your mobile device or buy a new device and want to use your current activation code there please contact us for support. We will reset your activation code so you can reuse it. Keep in mind that you have a limited amount of such resets.

Sharing Download Codes

Once you purchase a download code you are free to use it in any number of Testle mobile applications (installed on any number of mobile devices) until you reach its limit. Which means that you are free to share a single download code with other Testle users.

Automatic Newsletters

Once you activate your application you will be automatically registered for our newsletters. We will inform you upon publishing new quizzes, releasing application updates, and so on.

However, you can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails.

Service Operation

We will do our best to keep Testle up and running 24x7. However, we can not guarantee that our servers will not accidently go down. In case of such failures please give us some time to fix the problem. Thank you in advance for you patience and understanding.
